Our Company
We are Tasmania’s only full-service manufacturer of mini homes and trailers in the State. Our trailers and mini homes are custom built right here in Tassie, with all materials sourced as locally as possible, directly supporting Tasmanian and Australian businesses.
We are a family-oriented company with a shared passion for providing another housing option to those who would like to enter the housing market, but are finding it difficult to attain that dream.
Our mini house trailers are built with quality Australian steel. They are built to last and are suitable for any method of mini-house construction.

The word custom means different things to each of us. It could mean the tapware, it could mean the colour of the walls, it could mean the external cladding used and it could mean the specialty items. Who knew there were so many different types of toilets available?
It all comes down to choice, which is what we provide here at Tasmanian Mini Houses and Trailers. Our Mini’s come in all sizes, with a number of finishing options available and are fully customisable.
We will work with you to ensure your finished Mini is what your heart desires and is in line with the National Transport Regulations.
